Location: Remote within the AMER region

• Provide HR support to team members, answering questions and handling employment and contract inquiries, including new starter processes, onboarding, benefits, employment verifications, and general requests.
• Maintain HRIS to ensure accurate and timely processing of team member changes and new joiners.
• Own and manage global projects such as engagement, training, or culture initiatives.
• Partner with managers and employees to support HR processes and drive the people strategy within your areas of responsibility.
• Act as a global partner to colleagues, especially leads, managers and executives.
• Process new hires, including country‑specific onboarding documentation, file creation, system setup, and coordination of introductory reviews.
• Support employees with benefits enrollment, processing, and payroll, ensuring timely and accurate monthly data.
• Coordinate with payroll to guarantee smooth salary payments.
• Create purchase orders for internal departments.
• Conduct regular audits of employment files and systems to ensure they are up to date, accurate, and GDPR compliant.
• Continuously improve processes by identifying opportunities for enhancement.

• Track record of exceptional achievement from high school and graduate studies.
• Internship experience in an HR/People team is beneficial, preferably within the technology industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize complex workloads, manage time effectively, and work well under pressure.
• Self‑motivated and results‑oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
• High level of honesty, integrity, and ability to handle confidential data.
• Flexible attitude and ability to adapt quickly to change.
• Willingness to take initiative and propose ideas to advance the role and team.
• Ambitious to grow your career within HR.
• Willingness to travel up to four times a year for internal events.
• Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
