The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in IT support, is proficient in Windows OS and Microsoft 365, and possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills. They will monitor IT ticketing, maintain infrastructure, and contribute to process improvements.

This role offers a competitive salary between $60,000–$80,000 along with attractive benefits.
