Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support infrastructure projects including Windows upgrades, cloud migrations, and system rollouts
Administer and enhance Microsoft Intune, Azure AD, and SCCM environments
Collaborate on virtualization, server infrastructure, and network operations across multiple sites
Serve as a technical escalation point for support teams and provide mentorship as needed
Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues at scale (2,000+ devices, 3,000+ users)
Assist in improving endpoint deployment, patching, and device compliance
Contribute to automation and optimization initiatives across infrastructure services
Work closely with the Security and Network teams to ensure alignment on projects and policies
Skills and

Qualifications:

3–6 years of experience in infrastructure, systems engineering, or a similar role
Strong knowledge of Microsoft environments:
Windows Server, Intune, Azure, Active Directory, and SCCM

Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware or Hyper-V)
Comfortable with basic networking concepts and working with network teams
Experience in mid to large-scale environments (multi-site, distributed workforce)
Self-starter, comfortable juggling priorities in a hybrid work model
Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
Nice to Have:
Exposure to automation tools or scripting (Power Shell preferred)
Experience working in manufacturing or industrial sectors
Familiarity with endpoint protection and device management best practices
