The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our SharePoint Online platform and Power Apps solutions. This role involves a blend of technical expertise and customer service, ensuring that our SharePoint and Power Apps environments are configured, optimized, and running smoothly to meet the needs of the business and its users.

• Develop and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate solutions to automate business processes and improve efficiency.
• Implement and enforce SharePoint security policies, including data loss prevention (DLP) and retention policies.
• Monitor and troubleshoot SharePoint and Power Apps services and connectivity issues using tools like the SharePoint admin center and Power Shell scripts.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for the integration of third-party services and applications with the SharePoint and Power Apps environments.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users on SharePoint and Power Apps functionalities.
• Administer and support SharePoint Online environments, including site creation, configuration, and management

• Proficiency in managing SharePoint Online environments and Power Apps solutions.
• Working experience with complex Power Automate flow creation and maintenance.
• Experienced with configuring and maintaining SharePoint sites and Power Apps applications.
• Knowledge of SharePoint compliance features and security policies.
• Familiarity with Power Shell scripting for SharePoint and Power Apps administration.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with external vendors and provide technical support to end-users.
• Proficiency in creating and managing Excel macros to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
• Nice to have work experience in Manufacturing industry.
• Nice to have prior experience with Microsoft 365 Tenant migration focused on SharePoint, Power Platform, Teams and One Drive.
