Technology Success Manager II
Role Overview
The Technology Success Manager will own the implementation, administration, enablement, and ongoing optimization of enterprise technology platforms across The Fedcap Group's international network. This role is accountable for ensuring assigned systems are stable, secure, adopted, and delivering measurable business value.
What You Will DoThe Technology Success Manager will perform hands‑on system configuration, onboarding, stakeholder enablement, operational support readiness, vendor selection and partnering, and contract lifecycle activities. They will also standardize intake-to-delivery execution, drive measurable ROI through workflow standardization, automation, and adoption outcomes, and coordinate and execute role‑based enablement for assigned platforms.
Why It Might Be a FitThe ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management and platform enablement skills, ability to configure and administer systems, and familiarity with structured delivery methods such as Agile or ITIL. They will also have experience supporting enterprise systems, vendor lifecycle activities, and ability to translate system capability into operational outcomes and ROI.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Technology, or related field
- ITIL, Change Management, Project Management, or Customer Success certifications are a plus
- 3+ years in systems enablement, platform administration, technology success, program delivery, or operational technology roles
- Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, case management, HR, or collaboration platforms
- Experience supporting vendor lifecycle activities including evaluation and selection, renewals, licensing optimization, and vendor performance management
