Position: Technical Training Courseware Developer

Harris as a Training Courseware Developer in Waterdown, Ontario. Craft technical training materials and eLearning content for customer training and service centers.

In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain training courseware aligning with product specifications. Your contributions will involve collaboration with instructors and experts to create content that reflects cutting-edge technology. You will also ensure that all course materials adhere to L3

Harris standards for quality and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Wescam training courseware and materials

• Create eLearning content to support product updates

• Edit and format training videos in various formats

• Maintain security software for eLearning compliance

• Interface with internal teams and external customers as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years of relevant experience

• Proficiency in graphic design software (Articulate 360, Photoshop)

• Knowledge of eLearning systems and AI technologies

• Familiarity with web development languages (HTML5, JavaScript)

• Knowledge of adult training principles and concepts
