• Collaborate with leaders to identify skill development needs
• Design scalable learning ecosystems for all career stages
• Oversee core curricula and develop impactful learning programs
• Integrate AI and legal tech into training solutions
Requirements:
• LLB, JD, or equivalent legal degree
• Significant experience in training within a law firm
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proven project management abilities across complex initiatives
• Data-driven mindset to evaluate learning impact
