As the Manager of Data Analytics, with over five years in the field, you will lead and cultivate four analysts, ensuring analytical excellence and strategic growth. Your deep expertise in metrics and advanced problem-solving will be critical to improving data accessibility and empowering decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and support a team of analysts in data projects
• Define and manage the analytics roadmap for tooling and automation
• Maintain rigorous standards for analytical practices and methodologies
• Drive self-service data solutions to increase team outputs
• Promote ongoing learning and collaboration within the analytics team
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in data science or analytics, with 2+ years in management
• Proven track record of enhancing analytical output quality
• Strong understanding of A/B testing principles and practices
• Advanced SQL and knowledge of BI tools
• Exceptional communication skills with diverse audiences
