Drive innovation in CAD tool workflows as a CAD Tool Automation Developer. Collaborate with the MILE and Quantum teams to enhance and debug automation scripts and tool flows.
In this pivotal role, you will support both the MILE and Quantum teams by maintaining, developing, and troubleshooting CAD tool automation scripts. Your expertise in scripting and Linux environments will be crucial in ensuring scalable workflows, especially for analog design. This role emphasizes teamwork with design and infrastructure teams, focusing on reliability and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deploy scripts for CAD workflows
• Maintain existing tool flows for analog design
• Troubleshoot issues in various scripting languages
• Operate solutions in Linux environments
Requirements:
• Proficient in Linux operating systems
• Experience with Python scripting and debugging
• Understand Tcl, Perl, and Ruby scripts
• Familiarity with Cadence Virtuoso and Synopsys StarRC tools
Utilize your skills in scripting and automation to enhance CAD processes in dynamic environments.
