Manager of Strategic Pursuits – WSP

Join WSP as a Manager of Strategic Pursuits within the Transportation & Infrastructure sector, leading dynamic project initiatives from the ground up. Drive strategy and support major proposals.

In this internal client-facing position, you’ll collaborate with the SP+APD team to oversee the win cycle for substantial projects. You will be instrumental in establishing workflows and fostering relationships across various internal departments, including marketing and operations. This role is vital for shaping WSP's project bidding success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement strategic initiatives with the SP+APD

• Oversee compliance in major project proposals

• Collaborate with stakeholders for input on projects

• Develop and maintain content libraries

• Analyze industry intelligence for process improvements

Requirements:

• Minimum five years’ experience in proposal development

• Familiarity with Alternative Delivery models

• Technical degree or relevant work experience

• Strong communication and analytical skills

• Experience with SharePoint document management
