Join Hamilton Family Health Team as a Cyber Security Specialist to enhance the cybersecurity posture of community healthcare. This 12-month contract includes risk assessment and strategy formulation.
In this critical role, you will bring your 5+ years of cybersecurity experience to assess and improve the security measures across a network of healthcare sites. Your collaborative approach will enable you to engage effectively with healthcare providers and technical teams. You will develop actionable recommendations that balance cybersecurity needs with operational realities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive cybersecurity assessments at healthcare locations

• Identify control gaps and recommend remediation strategies

• Collaborate with teams to align cybersecurity practices

• Prepare executive summaries for leadership on risk assessments

• Facilitate workshops to educate stakeholders about cybersecurity
Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in the cybersecurity industry

• Experience in healthcare and regulated environments preferred

• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks such as CIS and ISO

• Strong relationship management and communication skills

• Certifications like CRISC or CISSP advantageous
