Enhance technology for live events as the Venue Information Technology Coordinator at Oak View Group. Drive installation and support of IT systems at TD Coliseum & Concert Hall.
As an IT Coordinator, you'll assist in managing hardware, software, and technical support for Oak View Group events. Collaborate closely with the Venue IT Manager and leadership to develop strategies that enrich fan experience. This role calls for technical expertise and availability during evenings and weekends, ensuring seamless IT operations during events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate installation and maintenance of onsite hardware and software
• Manage device and access control systems effectively
• Provide technical support for staff and contractors
• Support operations, networking, and Wi-Fi for events
• Maintain equipment inventory and storage efficiently
Requirements:
• Two years in IT or desktop support roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Office suite
• Knowledge of MacOS and Windows systems
• Experience with network equipment and protocols
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
