As an Audio Visual Coordinator, you'll support daily A/V technology operations at the TD Coliseum in Southwestern Ontario. Collaborating with venue leadership and IT, your role will involve maintaining hardware, software, and responding to event-specific needs. Your commitment to detail will ensure seamless operations in a high-energy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in installation of multimedia displays and video systems
• Provide technical support for staff and contractors on-site
• Manage digital signage and audio system operations
• Diagnose and repair any equipment malfunctions
• Maintain inventory of A/V assets and document processes
Requirements:
• 1-2 years experience in A/V for events and entertainment
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and A/V integration software
• Comfortable with MacOS and Windows environments
• Understanding of networking protocols
• Strong communication and organizational skills
