EPICare Medical is a modern, technology-forward family practice and multidisciplinary clinic focused on improving the patient and provider experience through innovation, operational efficiency, and thoughtful healthcare design.

We are currently seeking a highly capable and technically skilled Summer Technology & Innovation Intern to support the development and launch of an early-stage healthcare technology initiative being explored within our clinical environment.

This role is ideal for a student, recent graduate, or early-career developer who is passionate about healthcare innovation, artificial intelligence, software development, and startup-style product building.

The successful candidate will work directly with clinic leadership on a variety of technology, workflow, and digital innovation projects that intersect healthcare and AI-enabled solutions.

• Assist with software and product development initiatives
• Support the design, testing, and refinement of digital workflows and interfaces
• Collaborate on AI-assisted tools, automation projects, and operational improvements
• Help build and organize prototypes, mockups, and user-facing experiences
• Conduct technical and market research related to healthcare technology solutions
• Assist with implementation planning, documentation, and systems organization
• Support website, branding, and digital content initiatives where needed
• Participate in strategic brainstorming and innovation discussions with leadership

Applicants should possess a strong technical foundation and demonstrate experience or competency in several of the following areas:

• Software development or coding experience
• Familiarity with AI tools, automation platforms, or API-based workflows
• Experience with web development platforms or front-end technologies
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and user-centered design
• Comfort working with digital systems, troubleshooting, and learning new technologies quickly
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Experience with any of the following is considered highly valuable:

• JavaScript, Python, React, or similar technologies
• No-code/low-code platforms
• Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or design tools
• Video editing or digital media creation
• Workflow automation tools
• Startup, entrepreneurial, or innovation-related experience
• Healthcare, AI, engineering, business, or computer science backgrounds

• Hands-on exposure to healthcare innovation and early-stage product development
