This position is crucial for the successful implementation and ongoing administration of platforms within The Fedcap Group's international network. You will perform hands-on system configuration, provide operational readiness support, and lead vendor lifecycle activities. Strong stakeholder management and process optimization skills are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform hands-on configuration and administration of systems

• Coordinate vendor selection and performance evaluation

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Information Systems
• Minimum 3 years experience in platform administration
• Demonstrated ability in supporting enterprise technologies
• Experience in vendor lifecycle activities
• Certifications in ITIL or Project Management are a plus
