As a System Administrator 1, you will handle end-to-end management of servers across physical, virtual, and cloud platforms. Your expertise will ensure the performance, reliability, and security of critical business services, while supporting virtualization platforms like VMware and Citrix. Regular office hours with on-call support will be part of this essential role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage lifecycle of Windows and Linux servers

• Administer Office 365 and cloud services

• Perform advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis

• Configure, patch, and decommission server assets

• Ensure systems meet security and performance standards

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Computer Science or equivalent

• Minimum 5 years of server administration experience

• 2 years in Office 365 and VMware administration

• Preferred experience in Citrix Xen App

• Knowledge of time and project management
