Join Oak View Group as the Venue Information Technology Coordinator and elevate live event experiences. Oversee IT installations and provide essential tech support at TD Coliseum & Concert Hall.
In this role, you will operate under the supervision of the Venue IT Manager, assisting with hardware, software maintenance, and event-specific IT needs. Your collaboration will help shape technology strategies for an enhanced fan experience. Availability during non-standard hours is a must for this dynamic position that supports exciting live events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the installation and upkeep of IT systems onsite
• Manage access control and technology support systems
• Lead tech support for contractors and venue staff
• Diagnose hardware issues and liaise with vendors
• Document processes for efficient operations
Requirements:
• Minimum of two years in IT support, preferably in events
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and client-server infrastructure
• Proficient with MacOS, Windows, and mobile device troubleshooting
• Basic knowledge of networking and telecom systems
• Must have flexible availability for events, including weekends
