Postdoctoral Hardware-Accelerated Drug Discovery
I am excited to share that my lab, the Hardware Accelerated Design and Integration Laboratory (HADILAB) in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at McMaster University
, has two Postdoctoral Researcher positions available.
These positions are funded through the New Frontiers in Research Fund - Exploration (NFRF-E) and focus on custom and reconfigurable computing for AI-driven hardware-accelerated molecular dynamics simulation and neurotechnology
.
Successful candidates will contribute to the development of FPGA-based end-to-end hardware-accelerated molecular dynamics simulation pipelines
, with impactful applications in drug discovery and delivery
.
- Background in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines
- Expertise in Digital Hardware Design, Reconfigurable Computing (FPGA), Machine Learning/AI Hardware, or related research areas
Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, with full consideration given to applications received by June 30, 2026
.
