Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and identify business process requirements through interviews and workshops
• Manage requirements through their lifecycle, ensuring alignment with project outcomes
• Communicate with stakeholders to deliver business process documentation
• Collaborate with project teams on quality assurance initiatives
• Develop change management plans for successful IT implementation
Requirements:
• University Degree in Business Analysis or related field
• 5+ years of experience as a business analyst
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) is an asset
• Knowledge of ITIL and SDLC practices
• Strong analytical and communication skills
