This dynamic role requires proficiency in troubleshooting and customer support for residential and business clients. You will manage support requests via ticketing systems, phone, and chat, addressing software and hardware issues for both Windows and Mac environments. A flexible schedule is essential, as shifts may vary throughout the week, accommodating the operational needs of our department.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor Zendesk for new support requests and follow-ups
• Respond to inquiries in English and French with professionalism
• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues effectively
• Provide remote support for installation and configuration
• Document all cases accurately within service standards
Requirements:
• Fluency in Canadian English and French
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with Windows and macOS support
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
• Ability to handle multiple requests efficiently
