Become part of the team at Oak View Group as a Venue Information Technology Coordinator and support live entertainment technology at TD Coliseum & Concert Hall. Engage in dynamic IT responsibilities.
You will assist the Venue IT Manager in maintaining essential hardware and software systems while also servicing event-specific IT needs. This position emphasizes collaboration with leadership to optimize technology strategies for the venue.
Your role will require flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate event schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate installation and support of technical equipment
• Manage technology systems and access controls effectively
• Deliver support to event staff and contractors during events
• Conduct regular maintenance and documentation of procedures
• Ensure inventory management of all technical assets
Requirements:
• At least two years of IT or desktop support experience
• Microsoft 365 proficiency and support experience
• Familiar with both MacOS and Windows operating systems
• Background in networking protocols and device support
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
