In this role, you will tackle technical problems efficiently in a high-volume setting. Key Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to support requests in two languages
• Diagnose software and hardware concerns for clients
• Provide break/fix support and maintain service quality
• Assist with SaaS administration tasks and license adjustments
• Document interactions according to delivery standards
Requirements:
• Bilingual in Canadian French and English
• Proven technical background in support roles
• Skillful in handling peripheral devices
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Open to rotating shift schedules
