This role requires managing various technical issues and providing efficient first-level support. Candidates should have a high school diploma along with two years of post-secondary computer education and pertinent certifications such as A+ and Microsoft. A background in help desk operations and strong decision-making skills are critical for success in this onsite role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for incoming service requests
• Gather and document user information thoroughly
• Prioritize problems based on urgency and complexity
• Use tracking tools to manage incident resolution
• Follow up with users post-resolution to ensure satisfaction
Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 12 and a minimum 2-year education
• A+ Certification and additional relevant trainings
• Six months of experience in related tech support
• Strong knowledge of computer applications
• Proficient communication skills in English
