Enhance technology support at the City of Hamilton as an End User Device Support Analyst. Focus on efficient management of desktop and mobile devices using your technical skills.
In this position under the Service Desk Supervisor, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of end-user devices. Responsibilities include device configuration, software deployment, and ensuring compliance with security standards. Proactive troubleshooting will be key to maintaining a productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide second and third-level support for end-user devices
• Manage Microsoft Windows OS deployments through Intune
• Monitor operations and compliance of device health
• Collaborate on cross-functional IT projects
• Manage vendor relationships and performance reviews
Requirements:
• College Diploma or University Degree in IT-related field
• Strong background in device support and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with ITIL standards and project management
• Ability to create scripts using Power Shell
• Valid Class G Driver’s Licence
