MCI seeks an AI Chatbot Tester to play a crucial part in validating and enhancing AI-powered solutions. This role encompasses testing, quality assurance, and conversation analysis to improve user journeys and ensure compliance with business expectations. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute test plans and evaluation scenarios for chatbots
• Validate functionality across diverse use cases
• Identify defects and performance issues proactively

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related field
• Experience in software testing or QA
