Elevate product data governance with Gay Lea Foods as the Product Data Excellence Lead. Ensure BOM integrity and foster continuous improvement across R&D and Operations.
This critical role emphasizes accountability for product data governance and Bills of Materials. You will ensure accurate formulation translation into structured BOMs while supporting seamless workflows. Collaborate with teams in R&D, Operations, Quality, and Finance to drive scalable practices and maintain data integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own product data governance and BOM structure integrity
• Manage BOM creation and lifecycle in ERP systems
• Establish and enforce data quality metrics and processes
• Identify process improvements and implement best practices
• Ensure cross-functional collaboration for timely updates
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or related field
• 6-8+ years in data management or BOM roles
• Experience with ERP, particularly D365, preferred
• Knowledge of data governance and process improvement
• Relevant certifications in project management or quality
