Position: Governance, Risk, Compliance Coordinator Role
Become an integral part of First Ontario as an IT GRC Coordinator, enhancing governance and compliance processes.

This role offers a flex-work model tailored for IT risk management and compliance efficiency.

As the IT GRC Coordinator, you will assist in updating IT policies and tracking the organization's compliance efforts. You will be actively engaged in risk assessments, gathering vital information, and collaborating across teams like IT and Internal Audit to meet compliance standards. This position focuses on strengthening IT safeguards and ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in updating IT policies to align with regulations

• Participate in conducting IT risk assessments and managing logs

• Document compliance activities and track remediation efforts

• Support internal audit processes and maintain documentation

• Coordinate training related to compliance expectations

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Information Technology or Risk Management

• Two years of GRC-related experience in the financial sector

• Knowledge of ISO 27001 and other frameworks is advantageous

• Familiar with PCI DSS and NIST standards

• Strong analytical and communication abilities
