Experience owning data migration and routing‑logic documentation during system deprecations (decommissioning legacy tools without business disruption). Comfortable operating in an AI‑forward tech environment, defining "Definition of Done" criteria for AI/automation deployments and managing 30/60/90‑day post‑launch review cycles.
