Product Support Specialist - EAM Focus

Drive improvements in asset management systems as a Product Support Specialist focusing on Enterprise Asset Management (EAM). Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to crucial workflows.

You will document requirements, prioritize enhancement needs, and ensure system alignment with business functions. • Support development and sustainment of business processes

• Document and validate user requirements for system functionalities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline

• Experience in asset management systems and processes
