In this role, you will work closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams while advising on client inquiries and current product developments. Your ability to analyze data and envision improved processes will help optimize operational efficiency. You'll assist internal stakeholders by triaging bugs and creating database reports, ensuring top-tier service satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute API calls and perform SQL queries daily
• Advise on feasibility and capacity for projects
• Revise processes and analyze service-related data
• Assist stakeholders with ticket escalations
• Collaborate with Product & Engineering teams for insights
Requirements:
• Experience in B2B software, online marketing, or IT
• Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency
• Understanding of API operations and technical issues
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Academic degree or equivalent vocational training
