As a Technical Analyst, you will tackle end-user issues and ensure smooth day-to-day D365 operations.
Your role includes troubleshooting, managing user access, and performing necessary system configurations. Effective communication will help bridge technical concerns for all users, while compliance with SOX regulations remains a priority.
Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve incidents related to D365 F&O support
• Assist with daily system monitoring and processes
• Perform user account management and security roles
• Contribute to knowledge base and documentation efforts
• Test updates and patches for system functionality
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields
• 2+ years of experience in D365 F&O support
• Proven incident management and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience in consumer-packaged goods industry is a plus
