Director of IAM

Position: Director of IAM at RBC
Lead customer identity access management with RBC as the IAM Director. Drive compliance, assess risks, and enhance security controls for customer-facing services.

In this pivotal role, you will oversee day-to-day IAM operations, ensuring effectiveness and compliance with RBC standards and regulations. Your experience in IT risk and controls, coupled with expertise in IAM process modeling, will be essential for adapting to evolving regulatory landscapes. Additional responsibilities include leading control testing activities, analyzing audit findings, and collaborating with various teams on IAM-related inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain enterprise-wide IAM control models

• Conduct periodic control testing to ensure compliance

• Analyze audit findings related to IAM controls

• Provide recommendations for control gap remediation

• Monitor IAM control compliance metrics and KPIs

Requirements:

• Over 6 years in IT risk and controls roles

• 5+ years in IAM controls implementation

• Minimum 3 years in IAM or related domains

• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks

• Change leadership and analytical thinking skills
