Responsibilities
- Analyzes, designs, develops, implements, and maintains GIS applications
- Collaborates on software development projects with other City staff
- Provides user support and training on applications
- Maintains workflows and security standards for applications
- Bachelor of Computer Science or College Diploma in Computer Science or related discipline
- Practical experience in GIS, Asset Management, and Maintenance Management Systems
- Working knowledge of ESRI ArcGIS product suite
- Experience with ORACLE Spatial, SQL Server
- Ability to write and modify programming languages such as Python, Java, SQL, HTML5
