Senior Information Risk Management Specialist

Elevate your career as a Senior Information Risk Management Specialist within Manulife's NA IRO team. This hybrid role focuses on 2nd Line oversight and comprehensive risk assessment practices.

In this pivotal position, you will support a director responsible for a business unit or segment in North America. Your responsibilities include managing oversight activities, reviewing IT incidents, and providing expert insights on information risk assessments for technology changes. Collaboration with stakeholders and risk partners is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently complete oversight of Issues and CAP

• Assess root causes of IT incidents and reportable events

• Challenge Information Risk Assessments for tech changes

• Review quality of Risk and Control Self-Assessments

• Maintain PowerBI dashboards for IRM risk data

Requirements:

• University degree required

• Working knowledge of risk management and IT

• Familiarity with cybersecurity principles

• Strong organization and presentation skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
