Expert Network Systems Engineer Needed

Providius is hiring a Principal Network Systems Engineer to lead hands-on investigations of networked systems. This role involves building environments to validate performance and ensure robust systems deployment in the Media & Entertainment industry.
As a Principal Network Systems Engineer, you'll bring extensive network systems knowledge and practical experience to Providius. This role focuses on real-time testing and validation of network behaviour, requiring familiarity with both troubleshooting and system design. You will work collaboratively with engineering teams to address operational challenges and develop effective solutions that reflect customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain test environments that reflect real usage

• Conduct configuration and troubleshooting of network devices

• Analyze network performance under various scenarios

• Document findings on system behaviour and configurations

• Work directly with diverse technical teams on projects
Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years experience in network systems engineering

• In-depth knowledge of VLANs, switching, and routing protocols

• Proven ability to diagnose and solve network issues

• Experience with lab environments and technical testing

• Knowledge of automation and data-processing preferred
