HR Systems Implementation Specialist

Elevate HR services with the Hamilton Police Service as an HR Systems Implementation Specialist. Support system integration and deployment while ensuring operational efficiency in this temporary full-time role.

Reporting to the Manager of Labour Relations & HR Services, this position plays a critical role in the successful implementation of HR systems. You will identify key business processes and collaborate with IT and HR teams to support system functionality, ensuring it aligns with HPS operational requirements. With responsibilities that include user acceptance testing and documentation maintenance, this role is integral to the HR tech landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement HR systems and ensure compliance with operational needs

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system integration

• Analyze requests to determine configuration solutions

• Provide functional support and guidance to staff members

• Assist in change management and post-implementation support

Requirements:

• Three years’ experience as HR Systems Consultant

• Strong expertise in HRIS technology and implementation

• Familiarity with UKG/Kronos or Oracle Fusion

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Valid Class G Driver’s Licence required
