At Questrade Financial Group, the Senior Analyst plays a pivotal role in enhancing operational transformation processes. With at least three years of experience, you will extract and manipulate data from enterprise systems and produce automated performance dashboards. Your work will empower the company to achieve greater efficiency and improve customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct diagnostic analysis on large datasets to uncover patterns
• Configure and maintain automation workflows using low-code platforms
• Apply data modeling techniques and AI productivity tools
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards and visualizations
• Monitor operational processes and compliance against benchmarks
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science or related field
• 3+ years of experience in data or business analysis
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and data modeling
• Experience with automation solutions and scripting
• Strong knowledge of the Canadian financial services industry
