The Senior UX Designer will act as the principal UX leader within GDI’s Digital & Product Design team. Bringing over 5 years of robust experience in product design, you will lead strategic initiatives that enhance user engagement and retention. Your expertise will support app-first innovations and drive improvements that directly impact customer satisfaction across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with product owners for UX roadmap strategy
• Innovate mobile app experiences using unique design patterns
• Create annotated Figma hand-off assets for developers
• Maintain high quality through detailed testing
• Ensure app compliance with accessibility regulations
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in Product Design with focus on mobile
• Strong portfolio showcasing design systems
• Expertise in Figma and mobile design principles
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (ADA/WCAG)
• Relevant degree in Design or HCI
