In this role, you’ll combine operational monitoring and technical support to drive the success of our Pay-by-Bank API service. By acting as the link between merchants and engineering targets, you’ll help identify patterns that improve overall product performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct 24/7 monitoring using Grafana

• Provide expert Tier-2 support for merchants

• Triage complex integration issues effectively

• Liaise with Engineering on technical findings

• Update internal and external status communications

Requirements:

• 3+ years in Technical Support or Integration roles

• Solid knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and Webhooks

• Experience with monitoring tools like Grafana

• Effective troubleshooting skills

• Strong communicator capable of technical abstraction
