Our AMS team is on the lookout for an HCM expert to enhance Workday configurations and improve client outcomes. In this role, you will strategize and implement solutions alongside clients while guiding junior staff and managing project interdependencies. Your proactive approach will be crucial to maintaining seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with clients to refine HCM processes

• Oversee end-to-end implementation and support

• Create testing strategies and accurate project estimations

• Mentor junior consultants on best practices

• Improve service delivery through internal initiatives

Requirements:

• Workday certification in Core HCM

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

• Strong understanding of Workday systems and processes

• Proven problem-solver with excellent communication

• Client-side HCM experience a plus
