Your role will be instrumental in managing, supporting, and improving enterprise systems that serve critical academic and administrative functions. This full-time position involves leading infrastructure activities and offers opportunities to mentor junior staff. Engage with various stakeholders to ensure services are reliable and secure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform advanced administration for Linux servers and platforms
• Troubleshoot complex issues in enterprise systems
• Lead backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes
• Document procedures to enhance operational efficiency
• Provide technical leadership to service teams
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years IT experience
• 3-year diploma or degree in Computer Science needed
• Certifications in Red Hat and Windows systems required
• Experience with enterprise storage and cloud technologies
• Strong focus on diversity and inclusion in the workplace
