The Manager of IT Security holds a critical responsibility for protecting the organization against cybersecurity threats. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage security operations and IT Security team

• Develop enterprise-level security documents and training

• Plan and execute vulnerability assessments and reporting

• Oversee integration and deployment of security solutions

• Review system security logs and incident reports

Requirements:

• 5-7 years relevant IT security experience

• Proven leadership skills with 2-3 years in management

• Relevant IT security certifications such as CISA or CISM

• Working knowledge of network protocols and security standards

• Experience with system vulnerability management
