This role focuses on the development and maintenance of technical capabilities at global service centers. Collaborate with multiple departments including Integrated Logistics Support and Engineering to ensure compliance and operational efficiency across networks while implementing best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess vendor facilities for service center authorization
• Optimize facility layouts for operational efficiency
• Validate and support special test tooling requirements
• Provide first-line support for business system issues
• Analyze operational processes for improvements
Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience with a degree
• Expertise in MX-Series EO/IR systems
• Familiarity with product lifecycle systems like Teamcenter
• Effective problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to travel as needed for assessments
