As a key hire, you'll manage the HaLRT project's IT infrastructure and digital systems, ensuring operational efficiency and technological advancements in collaboration with global teams. You will leverage expertise in cybersecurity, IT procurement, and software development to optimize construction management and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop project IT strategy and manage IT systems
• Oversee procurement and vendor relationships
• Lead custom software development and deployment
• Design AI strategies for operational efficiency
• Implement cybersecurity and compliance measures
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
• 5+ years IT leadership experience
• Familiarity with construction or engineering sectors
• Cloud and AI technology implementation skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and related ecosystems
