The Scrum Master will lead Agile teams by facilitating Scrum practices, coaching team members, and ensuring efficient project delivery within a Dev Ops environment. This role requires strong expertise in Agile methodologies, stakeholder management, and hands-on experience with Dev Ops tools and cloud technologies to bridge development and operations teams effectively.
Responsibilities:- Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on Agile project methods and enterprise architecture frameworks.
- Prepare and deliver training sessions on project delivery methodologies.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between Agile teams and product owners.
- Lead Agile ceremonies and support team self-organization and continuous improvement.
- Mentor and coach teams to remove impediments and resolve conflicts.
- Capture feedback, document sprint reviews, and monitor Agile metrics to enhance team performance.
- Manage product backlogs in collaboration with Product Owners, ensuring prioritization and readiness of work items.
- Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
- Strong understanding of Scrum methodology and business analysis frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Dev Ops tools such as Jira, Confluence, Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience leading Agile teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Proficiency in backlog management and requirements gathering.
- Effective communication, facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
Skills:
- Advanced certifications such as PMI-ACP, SAFe Scrum Master, or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
- Experience in regulated industries like finance or healthcare.
- Background in software development to enhance technical communication.
- Project methodology certifications including Agile Coach and Lean Six Sigma belts.
- Educational qualifications and certifications (40%).
- Advanced certifications and relevant Dev Ops experience (20%).
- Scrum and Agile expertise, business process modeling, and backlog management (20%).
- Soft skills including servant leadership, communication, coaching, and conflict mediation (20%).
- Training materials and sessions on Agile project delivery methodologies.
- Documented sprint reviews and feedback reports.
- Managed and prioritized product backlogs.
- Agile metrics and performance improvement plans.
- Conflict resolution and team coaching documentation.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification.
- Experience as Scrum Master and Business Analyst in a Dev Ops environment.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD processes.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven backlog management experience collaborating with Product Owners.
