Edmonton, Grande Prairie, Lethbridge, La Crete, or Calgary (Hybrid remote in Alberta).

This full‑time role requires working in one of our Alberta offices, with the possibility of working from home after successful onboarding. You will review customer insurance needs, match products, underwrite and sell new farm automobile, property, and other insurance products, and service existing Farm Lines clients.

• Determine insurance needs for new and existing clients and sell products that meet those needs.
• Follow company processes, learn rating procedures, wordings, underwriting policies, and regulations.
• Act in compliance with all government regulations pertaining to General Insurance Agents.
• Complete continuing education hours to maintain the General Insurance License.
• Work with other departments—underwriting, accounting, claims, IT, loss control—to support clients.
• Assist customers with daily insurance needs via phone, in person, and by email.
• Stay current on product knowledge and develop relationships with insurance providers.

• General Agent Level 2 License (required).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Alberta property, casualty, and automobile insurance (preferred).
• Preferred experience in farm insurance or a farming background (e.g., lived and worked on a farm).
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
