Responsibilities   Building and growing your portfolio by generating leads, leveraging referrals, and building long-term client relationships.
Consulting with clients to understand their unique needs and recommend coverage solutions in both personal and commercial lines.
Negotiate with multiple insurers to secure the best possible options for clients.
Guide clients through onboarding, renewals, and changes, ensuring they feel supported every step of the way.
Use BIG’s technology and CRM systems to manage your pipeline, track results, and scale your business.
Stay sharp by keeping up with industry trends, underwriting changes, and emerging risks.
Qualifications   RIBO license in good standing (or willingness to obtain).
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, ideally in insurance or financial services (open to other sales-related prior employment).
Strong understanding of insurance products, underwriting, and compliance.
Experience generating leads, building referral networks, or acquiring new clients.
Comfortable using digital tools, CRM systems, and policy management software.
Assets   Post-secondary education in insurance, business, or a related field.
Experience across both Personal and Commercial Lines.
