Support personal insurance clients as a RIBO Licensed Customer Service Representative, using policy servicing and claims guidance expertise. Manage accounts while working from stated client needs.
This Customer Service Representative serves Lawrie Insurance Group Inc.’s Personal Lines team. You will manage a client book of business and build strong, long-term relationships. The work includes renewal reviews, policy changes, billing advice, claims guidance, underwriting, and retention. Newly RIBO licensed candidates and experienced professionals are invited to apply.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide timely professional advice on renewals, claims, and billing
- Process policy changes and client requests accurately
- Underwrite renewals thoroughly and support client retention
- Manage a client book of business
- Review insurance needs and process month end reports
- Minimum two to three years of Personal Insurance experience
- Valid RIBO license
- Understanding of company underwriting guidelines
- Knowledge of insurer rules and regulations
- Strong communication, organization, accuracy, and computer skills
