Supply Chain Coordinator at OmniaBio

As a key part of a high-performing supply chain team, you will execute day-to-day procurement and logistics activities, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Key Responsibilities:

• Perform supply chain activities per Omnia Bio SOPs and GMP requirements

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments of critical materials

• Support domestic and international shipments with logistics partners

• Maintain documentation for trade compliance and customs clearance

• Assist in tracking carrier and performance metrics

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in supply chain roles

• Knowledge of regulated environments preferred

• Experience with shipment processes and customs protocols

• Strong communication skills in English
