The Service Operations Support team is looking for a results-driven individual to facilitate material disposition, work with the Material Review Board, and translate data into metrics. You will collaborate with Procurement and assist factory operations to ensure parts availability and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

• Execute disposition processes for service parts

• Facilitate Modification Kits and Technical Bulletins

• Collaborate on scheduling and prioritizing repairs

• Manage Return to Vendor processes with Procurement

• Evaluate material availability and provide project support

Requirements:

• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel

• Strong problem-solving skills and results-oriented mindset

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Commitment to organization and precision in tasks

• Enrolled in a related post-secondary program
